Albany College of Pharmacy offers you one of the finest academic preparations in the profession of pharmacy. Our small size and personal methods of instruction give you a priceless opportunity to grow and discover your greatest potential. Throughout our history, our concern has always been to provide a professional challenge--in the classroom and in the laboratory--and a personal challenge, fostering independence, responsibility and self-awareness. Our success can be seen in our student body, young men and women who share a concern for the health and welfare of other people. They are notably more career-oriented than students at most colleges but are remarkably diverse in their interests and goals. At Albany College of Pharmacy this diversity of individual expression is both welcomed and encouraged.

UNIQUE/SPECIAL PROGRAMS

The Albany College of Pharmacy offers the Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science, the Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm.D. (including a six-year entry level option for high school graduates and transfers, as well as an accelerated option for transfers), and the non-traditional Doctor of Pharmacy program (for licensed pharmacists). There is also an early assurance program with Albany Medical College through the B.S. program.
